Only the Best

Feel at Home, on the Historic Granbury Square

We renovated and designed our historic inn with you in mind. Our guests enjoy comfortable suites, high-end amenities, and the best location during their stay. Book your stay and see why people call us their home away from home.
Shirley Ann Suite

The Shirley Ann Suite

This suite was named after the previous owner of the building, Shirley Ann Hooks. Her favorite color is lavender, which is why we chose to use it as a pop of color in this space. The Shirley Ann Suite has one of the best views as it looks directly over our beautiful Historic Granbury Square.
Leta Mae Room in our Granury TX Inn

The Mary Lou Suite

This suite was named after Mary Lou Watkins, the previous owner of the Nutt House and had an instrumental role in saving the Historic Granbury Square. Looking from the large windows, you can see the iconic statue of Mary Lou Watkins on the Granbury Square.
Granbury TX Inn

The Ruth Annie Suite

This suite was named after owner, Paula’s grandmother, whom she did not know for the first 18 years of her life. Ruth Annie prayed for Paula and the two developed a beautiful relationship. Dressed in French blue, the Ruth Annie Suite is our only double room featuring two king-sized beds in an extra large room with sitting area. The luxurious bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, and a sensational soaking tub.
Granbury Inn

The Leta Mae “Queen Bee” Suite

This room was named after Leta Mae Andrews. Leta Mae is the “winningest” coach in the world and she hails from right here in Granbury, Texas. She was also Paula’s basketball and track coach in high school. Leta Mae has been a life-long mentor to Paula. Leta is commonly seen around the historic Square so keep a look out and perhaps you may see her!
Place to Stay in Granbury

The Margaret Ann Suite

This suite was named after owner, Mark’s amazing and vivacious mother who was an educator and passed away too soon. Her favorite color was green, which is why we designed it with beautiful green tones. This luxurious suite also has a large seating area that’s perfect for relaxing after walking the Square.
Historic Granbury Square

The Elizabeth Crockett Suite

This suite was named after Alamo hero, Davy Crockett’s wife, Elizabeth. She is buried in Acton, Texas, just a few miles from Granbury. This is our other corner room and features a Texas twist with a country-French decor. Gorgeous stone walls with an antler chandelier provides a beautiful, relaxed decor.
Granbury Square Inn

The Sybil Lucille Suite

This suite was named after Paula’s other grandmother who was a talented seamstress and business owner in the 1950s. We designed this room using the fun 50’s pink creating a whimsical and relaxing space. This suite boasts two large windows, providing a lot of natural light.
